In accordance with the provisions of Article 9% and subsection

I would like to inform your Commission as an Essential Fact of Navarino S.A.
next:
At today’s session, the Board of Directors of the Society appointed Mr.
Cirilo Elton González as the new director of the Society, who has resigned from his position
of General Manager, for the vacancy generated by the death of our beloved
President Juan Antonio Álvarez Avendaño (+)
In addition, at the same Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company
has appointed Mr. Luis Grez Jordán as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Matias Concha
Berthet as General Manager of the Company and Mr. Patricio García Domínguez was
ratified as Vice-President.
