In compliance with the provisions of Law 19,132 on National Television of Chile (TVN), which makes
applicable to this company the provisions governing Open Corporations,
regarding making known the relevant facts and keeping the information updated
that must be provided to that Committee, I inform you that, at the Ordinary Board Meeting,
N*644, dated May 12, 2022, Mr. Alfredo Ramírez Leigh was appointed as Director
Executive of the company, as of May 13, 2022.
As previously informed, Mr. Ramirez was performing the
position on an interim basis, since February 20, before the resignation of Mr. Francisco Guijón
Errazuriz.
