applicable to this company the provisions governing Open Corporations,
regarding making known the relevant facts and keeping the information updated
that must be provided to that Commission, I inform you that having met the deadline of
appointment of Mrs. Ana Holuigue Barros as President of the Board of Television
National of Chile, dated today the President of the Republic Mr. Gabriel Boric Font, has
appointed as his replacement, for a period of four years, Mrs. Andrea Fresard
Lemmermann.
