By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law 18,045, and the
General Rules Nos. 30 and 364 of this Commission, and being duly
empowered, I comply to inform you, as an essential fact, that, in session
Ordinary Board of Directors, held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, were installed and assumed
as new directors of the company, for a period of 4 years, Mrs. Laura Albornoz
Pollmann and Don Nolberto Díaz Sánchez, who were appointed in this capacity by Su
His Excellency the President of the Republic.
In the same session, Don Rodrigo assumed as director, for a new period of 4 years.
Azócar Hidalgo, also appointed in this capacity by His Excellency the President of the
Republic.
