Ref. Postponement of the ENAP Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of articles 9, 10, second paragraph, of Law 18,045 on Market
of Securities (“LMV”) and article 63 of Law 18,046 on Corporations (“LSA”), and of the
General Rules Nos. 30 and 364 of this Commission, I inform you that, having
confirmed and secured the participation of the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Finance,
legal representatives of the Shareholder, to the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of ENAP, due to changes
of the agenda of the latter authority, the scheduled session could not be carried out
for April 3, at 3:30 p.m.
You will be informed in a timely manner of the new day and time determined for the celebration of
the Sixth Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the National Petroleum Company.
