In compliance with the provisions of articles 92 and 102 second paragraph of the Market Law of
Values and General Standards N*30 and 364 of this Commission, and being duly
Authorized, I comply with informing you as an essential fact that on May 21
made public that H.E. the President of the Republic appointed Mrs. Gloria Isabel Maldonado Figueroa
as director and president of ENAP and Mr. Andrés Ignacio Rebolledo Smitmans as director and
Vice-President of the same, for a term of four years.
Without prejudice to this and in accordance with the wording of Supreme Decree No. 47, dated May 18, 2022,
of the Ministry of Energy -which is still in process- Mrs. Gloria Isabel Maldonado
Figueroa will assume both qualities as of May 27, 2022 and Mr. Andrés Ignacio
Rebolledo Smitmans for his part, from the date of the aforementioned administrative act.
