In compliance with the provisions of articles 9% and 10% second paragraph of the Law on
Securities Market and General Standards N*30 and 364 of this Commission, and
being duly authorized, I comply to inform you as an essential fact
that today Friday, May 6, from 20 hours, have begun their entry 180
workers to the Bío Bío Refinery plant and the San Vicente Maritime Terminal, then
of being blocked their accesses since Monday of this week.
Given these conditions, we have resumed logistics operations safely, which
that will allow us to restart the supply of fuels soon.
In compliance with the aforementioned regulations, we make this information available to the
market.
