In compliance with the provisions of articles 92 and 102 second paragraph of the Market Law of
Values and General Standards N*30 and 364 of this Commission, and being duly
empowered, I comply with informing you as an essential fact that in ordinary session of
Board of Directors held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, it was agreed to appoint as President of ENAP, the
Director Sr. José Luis Mardones Santander and as Vice-President, the Director Mrs. Ana Beatriz
Holuigue Barros.
The foregoing, in the meantime and while H.E. the President of the Republic does not carry out the
appointments of rigour in accordance with the authority conferred on it by Article 3 of DFL No 1 of 1987, which
establishes the consolidated, coordinated and systematized text of Law No. 9,618, which creates the National Enterprise
of Petroleum.
