In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the
Law 18.045, to the provisions of General Standard No. 30, and in accordance with the
fourth paragraph of article ten of Law 20,285, we inform that Superintendence of the
next:
On the same date, the National Mining Company was notified of the issuance of the
Supreme Decree No. 8, of the Ministry of Mining, of Monday, April 25, in
current procedure, by which directors of the Company are appointed, on behalf of S. E.
the President of the Republic, to the persons indicated, for the period indicated:
– Mrs. Nancy Ivonne Pérez Ojeda, from April 25, 2022 to April 6, 2022
August 2024;
– Mrs. Valentina Paz Santelices Riquelme, from April 25, 2022 to April 26
May 2024; and
– Mr. Leandro Andrés Voisin Aravena, from April 25, 2022 to April 26, 2022
