By resolution exempt from personnel, dated the 14th day of the current month, the Corporation of
Fomento de la Producción, CORFO, appointed as a member director of the Company
National Mining, to Mr. Osvaldo Cristián Urzúa Winkler, this from the same date
of its designation.
