Law 18.045, to the provisions of General Standard No. 30, and in accordance with the

By letter IIMCH 150 – 2022, dated 7 of the current month, entered in our
Yesterday, Mr. Sergio Demetrio Jara, in his capacity as President of the
Institute of Mining Engineer of Chile, informs us of the cessation of his position as director of
this Company, of Mr. Krugger Montalbán Aguirre, ratifying the appointment in said position,
on behalf of that Institute, Mr. Carlos Espinosa Maturana, appointment
communicated in letter IIMCH 151 – 2022, of April 6, also communicated to
ENAMI yesterday. P
