A : COMMISSION FOR THE FINANCIAL MARKET
1. As decided by the Board of this Mutual Society, a period of
white march for the creation and operation of a Planning Management,
Development and Control, appointing as Manager in this period Mr. Adrian Bravo
Carrasco, National Identity Card N* 6.234.162-9, who is in charge of
conduct this process, proposing and adopting the necessary measures to
its proper implementation.
2. At the end of the period indicated above and as resolved,
inform that Commission of this fact, in accordance with the provisions of the Circular of
“Reference”, with the changes to the organizational chart that such fact implies.
3. On the other hand, it is reported that in accordance with the provisions of NCG N* 454 the
Management and Cybersecurity Unit, under the Technology Management, so
that according to the “Reference” Circular, an updated organizational chart is attached.
