1. In accordance with the provisions of the heading of the
reference 1, it is communicated to that Commission for the Financial Market that, in the Session
Ordinary N* 3.662 of 03.11.2022 of the Board of Directors of Mutucar, ratified the
communicated by the General Directorate of Carabineros through the document cited in the
reference 2, in the sense of designating as President of the CAM, the General Inspector of
Carabineros Don Patricio Andres Escobar Torres, RUT N* 10.653.457-8, replacing the General
Inspector Mr. Marcelo Araya Zapata, who ceases in his functions.
2. As well, the appointment of the Colonel of
Carabineros Don Julio Cesar Marabolí Fuenzalida, RUT N* 12.693.497-7, replacing the
Lieutenant Colonel Don Marco Gutierrez Sepulveda, in accordance with what is stated in the
Articles N* 15 and N* 16 of the Statutes of Mutual Society of Carabineros.
