1. In accordance with the background of the reference,
informs the Financial Market Committee that, at Ordinary Session No. 3,656,
of 23.06.2022, of the Board of Directors of Mutucar, the request of the
General Secretariat of Carabineros de Chile, in the sense of designating as Counselor the
Chief Warrant Officer Oscar Alejandro Concha Soto, RUT N* 10,907.461-6, who is located in
active service in that institution, in accordance with Articles 15 and 16
of the Statutes of Carabineros Mutuality.
2. The foregoing, on the occasion of the cessation of the functions of the
Counselor Alberto Alejandro Quezada Martínez, RUT N* 11.493.729-0, Chief Warrant Officer of
Carabineros, who served the maximum time in the exercise of the position, remaining
subject to Article N* 17 of the Statutes of this Mutual Society.
