Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC CarVal Credit Value Fund V. HMC CarVal Credit Value Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “HMC CarVal Credit Value Fund V Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on May 17 of this year, the following matters, among others, were approved:
(1) The Fund’s annual account and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022;
(11) Mr. Jorge Andrés Yarur Morales, Mr. Roberto Andrés Perales González and Mr. Sebastián Echeverría Valdés were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their budget, expenses and remuneration;
(III) HLB Surlatina was appointed as the external audit firm for fiscal year 2023; and
(IV) The firms Analytics Lab and Pivot Advisors were appointed as independent appraisers to value the Fund’s investments for fiscal year 2023.
