Ref.: Formation of the Board of Directors of Mutual
of Insurance of Chile.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the instructions issued by the Commission for the Financial Market,
I hereby inform you, as a relevant fact, that as of the 14th day of
April of this year, the Board of Directors of Mutual de Seguros de Chile was
conformed by the following people: doña Macarena Cruz Fernández, don Rodolfo
Codina Díaz, don Eugenio Cornejo Lacroix, don Marcos Magasich Airola, don Ricardo San
Martín Padovani, Mr. Enrique Larrañaga Martin, Mr. Cristián Araya Escobar, Mrs. Tamara
López Figueroa and Don Alexis Guerrero Inzunza.
Mrs. Macarena Cruz Fernández and Mr. Rodolfo Codina Díaz, Eugenio Cornejo
Lacroix, Marcos Magasich Airola and Ricardo San Martín Padovani were elected by the Board
General Ordinary of Associates of Mutual Insurance of Chile held on April 14
passed in the category of professional advisers referred to in Article 18(c)
of the statutes of the Corporation, for a period of 3 years.
Enrique Larrañaga Martin and Cristián Araya Escobar were appointed
by the Commander in Chief of the Navy in the category of institutional advisers, to the
referred to in Article 18(a) of the Statutes. This designation was informed to
the Ordinary General Meeting of Associates already mentioned, integrating Messrs. Larrañaga and Araya
as members of the Board of Directors following it.
In turn, Mrs. Tamara López Figueroa and Mr. Alexis Guerrero Inzunza were elected by the
staff of the Corporation, by means of a vote held on April 4 and 5, in the
category of labour advisers, referred to in Article 18(b) of the Statutes,
for a period of 3 years. This election was also reported to the Ordinary General Meeting

of Associates, integrating those as members of the Board of Directors below
of the latter.
On the other hand, it should be noted that, in accordance with the transitional provision of the reform
of statutes approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Associates dated 31
March 2022, from the Ordinary General Meeting of April 14 of this year,
the General Manager of Mutual de Seguros de Chile ceased to be a member of the Board of Directors, and
He shall only participate in its sessions with the right to speak, maintaining the quality of secretary
of the same advice.
Finally, I inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same day
April 14 of the present, the board of directors was constituted, being elected as President of the
Board of Directors and Corporation, Mr. Eugenio Cornejo Lacroix, and as
Vice-President, Mr. Rodolfo Codina Diaz.
