Change in the composition of the Council
Director of Mutual de Seguros de Chile.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions established by the Commission in Circulars Nos. 662 and
991, we inform you, in the relevant fact category, that, in your session of January 12
of 2023, the Board of Directors of Mutual de Seguros de Chile took cognizance of the
appointment of Captain Federico Saelzer Concha as Deputy Director of the Directorate
General of the Personnel of the Chilean Navy, replacing Commodore Don
Oscar Manzano Sanguinetti.
Accordingly, and from that date, Mr. Saelzer joins the Board of Directors as deputy
of the Director General of Navy Personnel, in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of
the statutes of the Corporation.
