Shareholders.
From our consideration:
This communication is made pursuant to Article 9 and
second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, as it is an essential fact
with respect to society.
In a meeting held on March 30, 2023, the Board of Directors of Multiexport Foods S.A. agreed
to call an Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting, in person, for April 21, 2023,
at 10:00 am, to be held at the address of Avenida El Golf N*50, Las
Condes, Santiago.
From time to time the Company will publish on its website (www.multi-xsalmon.com) letter of
citation, as well as the corresponding power of attorney model.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to deal with the following matters:
a) Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements of the Company,
for the year ended December 31, 2022;
b) Distribution of profits for the year ended December 31, 2022.
(c) Remuneration of the Board of Directors;
d) Determination of the remuneration of the Directors’ Committee and determination of its
budget for the financial year 2023;
e) Account of activities carried out by the Directors’ Committee during 2022 and report
annual and expenditure management;
(f) Appointment of External Auditors;
(g) Designation of risk rating agencies;
h) Account on transactions with related parties referred to in Title XVI of the
Law No. 18.046 on Corporations, approved by the Board of Directors during the year
2022;
i) Determination of the Journal where notices and calls for meetings should be published;
j) Other matters of social interest of the knowledge of the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
