This communication is made pursuant to Article 9 and
the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, as it is an essential fact
with respect to Multiexport Foods S.A. (the “Company”).
We hereby inform you that at the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors.
of Multiexport Foods S.A. held on July 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Multiexport
Foods S.A., agreed to convene and summon an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for the 2nd of
August 2022, at 10:00 a.m., to be held in person at the home of
Avenida El Golf 50, Las Condes commune in the city of Santiago.
Timely the Company on its website www.multi-xsalmon.com and at the offices of
is located in Isidora Goyenechea 3621, 17th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago,
make available to shareholders the letter of summons and model power of attorney
corresponding. Also, from today they will be made available to the
shareholders on the indicated website, full copies of the supporting documents
the matters on which the Board must pronounce.
The purpose of the meeting shall be to deal with the following matters:
a) Approval of the Company’s Balance Sheet and Financial Statements, as of May 31,
2022, together with the report of the external audit firm PwC;
b) Distribution of a eventual and/or additional dividend for profit from financial years
prior to and, where applicable, for the year ended December 31, 2021.
c) Increase the capital of the Company, without issuing new shares, through the
capitalization of part of the accounts denominated “Other Reserves”, which as of May 31
of 2022 reaches the sum of USD 218,563,006.29 according to the balance indicated in letter a)
precedent.

d) Decrease the share capital by an amount equivalent to all or part of the capitalization
referred to in letter c) above, distributing said decrease among the shareholders.
The summons notices will be published on July 18, 20 and 22 of the current year, in the
electronic newspaper El Mercurio.
