Summons to the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders
From our consideration:
This communication is made pursuant to article 9 and subparagraph.
second of Article 10 of Law No. 18.045 and Circular No. 660, both of the Commission for
the Financial Market.
Dated April 20, 2022, at 10:00 hrs. Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting was held.
In this Meeting, the matters of the Ordinary Meetings were discussed, all of which were approved by
acclamation, with the exception of the item “Election of Boards.”
The aforementioned Meeting was held through the virtual platform. Voting was taken
electronically for the position of directors, communicating the results to the assembly. Without
seizure, and before proceeding to the closing of the Shareholders’ Meeting the person in charge of voting
Electrónica reported a technical/administrative problem, so there was a different count
of the first, without indicating whether the choice already made was modified.
In view of the above, and given the situation, the bureau proposed to the assembly to rescind the
election of the board of directors, so that the Board of Directors of Mulltiexport Foods S.A. summoned a Board of Directors
Extraordinary Shareholders whose sole purpose was the election of the Board of Directors of the
society. The assembly by acclamation accepted the proposal, leaving without effect the election of
directory.
In an extraordinary meeting held on April 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of Multiexport Foods S.A.,
agreed to call the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, in person, for May 23,
2022, at 09:00 hours, to be held at the address of Avenida El Golf N*50, Las commune
Condes, Santiago, in order to proceed with the election of the board of directors of the company.
The summons notices will be published on May 12, 16 and 18 of the current year, in the
electronic newspaper El Mercurio.
