(the “Fund”), administered by Moneda S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors (the “Assembly”) held with this
On the same date, the early dissolution and liquidation of the Fund was agreed, maintaining the
Administrator as liquidator of the Fund.
