Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of article N*9 and second paragraph of article N*10 of the Law on
Securities Market, in General Standard N%30 and Circular N*660, both of the Commission,
and duly authorized to that effect, I allow myself to inform you as an Essential Fact of
Molybdenos y Metales S.A. (“Molymet”) the following:
As you are aware, and as reported by Essential Fact dated June 25,
2021, the National Banking and Securities Commission of Mexico (“CNBV”) decided to grant registration
preventive in the National Registry of Securities (“RNV”) of Mexico, according to the modality of
placement program (the “Program”, on a revolving basis, to long stock certificates
term, issued by Molibdenos y Metales S.A. (the “Issuer”), having authorized a total amount
for the program of up to $6,000″000,000.00 (six billion pesos 00/100 M.N.),
corresponding to the national currency of Mexico or its equivalent in investment units or dollars
of the United States of America, being the term to make issuances of Stock Exchange Certificates
under the 5-year Program counted from June 23, 2021.
Subsequently, on April 15, 2023, the CNBV authorized the updating of the registration
preventive of long-term stock certificates to be issued under the Program, for
carry a total amount authorized on a revolving basis of up to $12,000,000,000.00 (twelve thousand)
million pesos 00/100 M.N.), or its equivalent in investment units or State dollars

(1) The dissemination of information supplements to the insertion leaflet is authorised,
the notices of public offer and the document with key information for the reinvestment,
corresponding to the third and fourth issues of stock certificates, identified
with the slate key “Molymet 23” and “Molymet 23-2”, respectively; and
(1) Registration numbers are granted for the third and fourth issuance of certificates
stock exchanges, which are, respectively, 3227-4.15-2023-005-01 and 3227-4.15-2023-005-02.
