By means of the hereby, duly authorized to that effect and in accordance with the
provided for in Article 9? and second paragraph of article 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the
Values, and in the General Standard N* 30 taught by your entity, I inform you at
character of ESSENTIAL FACT, with respect to the company Minera Valparaíso S.A. (hereinafter the
“Company”) and its public offering securities that, on April 20, 2023, 5,000 bonds were placed
“Series E” (mnemonic code BMVAL-E) for an amount of UF 2,500,000 (two million five hundred
thousand Development Units), with a term of 12 years and an effective placement rate of UF + 3.38%
annual.
The “Series E” bonds were issued under the 30-year bond line, registered in the
Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market dated November 22, 2022,
with N*1.126. The resources of this placement will be used to refinance liabilities, the
making investments and other corporate purposes of Minera Valparaíso S.A.
