Dear Sir or Madam:
By means of the hereby, duly authorized to that effect and in accordance with the
provided in Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values, and in the General Standard N* 30 taught by your entity, I inform you at
character of ESSENTIAL FACT, with respect to the company Minera Valparaíso S.A. (hereinafter the
“Company”) and its public offering securities that, on December 13, 2022, were placed 5,000
“Series B” bonds (mnemonic code BMVAL-B) in the amount of UF 2,500,000 (two million
five hundred thousand Development Units), with a term of 10 years and a placement rate of UF +
2.95% per annum.
The “Series B” bonds were issued under the 10-year bond line, registered in the
Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market dated November 22, 2022,
with the N? 1.127. The resources of this placement will be used to refinance liabilities, the
making investments and other corporate purposes of Minera Valparaíso S.A.
