From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10” of Law N*
18.045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of
that Committee, and duly empowered by the Board of Directors, informed you in a factual capacity.
Essential, that with this date the Board of Directors of Metrogas took cognizance and accepted the resignation
presented by Mr. Pablo Sobarzo Mierzo to the position of General Manager, which will be effective
as of December 15, 2022.
The Board of Directors took the opportunity to thank and recognize Mr. Sobarzo’s management in
Metrogas highlighting its achievements and its important contribution to society, in the period in which
served as General Manager, who will also continue to provide services to the company
in an advisory capacity.
Likewise, at the same meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mr.
Francisco Javier Fernández González, who will assume his duties as of December 15,
2022.
