The powers conferred upon me, I communicate to you as fact
essential that the Board of Directors of MetLife Chile Seguros Generales S.A., in Session
Ordinary held on March 27, 2023, took cognizance of the
resignation presented by Mr. Diego Peralta Valenzuela to his position as Director
Holder.
At the same meeting and in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Law
N* 18.046 on Corporations, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint as his replacement
and in the position of Principal Director Mrs. Kathleen Barclay.
