In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and the
Circulars Nos. 662 and 991 of that Commission, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me, I communicate to
you as an Essential Fact of MetLife Chile Seguros de Vida S.A. that in Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders held on April 27, 2023, shareholders unanimously agreed to renew in
its entirety to the Board of Directors of the company, being elected as directors for a period of two years, as
established in the bylaws, to the following persons:
– Jaime Carey Tagle
– Joaquin Vial Ruiz-Tagle
– Nicole Keller Flaten
– Kathleen Barclay Collins
– Jessica Power Rock
Likewise, the Board of Directors, in Ordinary Session held on the same date, appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
