Madam President:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of
Securities Market, and the provisions of Circular N* 991 of that Commission, and in use of
the powers conferred upon me I communicate to you as a Fact
Essential, that the Board of Directors of MetLife Chile Seguros de Vida S.A., in Session
Ordinary held on May 26, 2022 took cognizance of the resignation
presented by Mr. Guillermo Acuña Sboccia in his position as Principal Director of the
Society.
At the same meeting and in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law N*
18.046 on Corporations, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint in his replacement and
in the position of Principal Director to Mrs. Nicole Keller Flaten.
