Ref: Communicates the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
From our consideration,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on Management of Third-Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, and with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market, Finasset Administradora General de Fondos S. A. hereby informs as an ESSENTIAL FACT that on May 10, 2023, the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Equity Debt Mercosur Investment Fund” (hereinafter, hereinafter, “Equity Debt Mercosur Investment Fund”) was held.A. hereby informs as an ESSENTIAL FACT that on May 10, 2023, the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Fondo de Inversión Equity Debt Mercosur” (hereinafter, the “Fund”) was held, at which the Contributors present and represented agreed as follows:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 were approved;
2) Mr. Christian Hejeij, Mr. Néstor De Cesare and Mrs. Carmen Galzerano were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their budget, expenses and remuneration;
3) Surlatina Auditores Limitada was appointed as external audit firm for the fiscal year 2023; and,
4) The firm Analyticslab was appointed as independent appraiser or valuator to value the Fund’s investments for fiscal year 2023.
