By hereby and in compliance with the obligations of continuous information to the Commission
for the Financial Market, we inform you that on January 5, 2023,
proceeded to the notarization of the extract of modification of the company of the reference taken to
out through Public Deed dated January 3, 2023.
This modification consisted in the materialization of the merger by absorption of the partner Mercer LLC
in Mercer Holdings LLC, agreeing to modify the bylaws as indicated in the protocolization
and other documents attached.
