From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 paragraph 2 of the
Law N” 18.045, we inform you as an Essential Fact that through the Board
Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of MBI Corredores de Bolsa S.A. held on May 24, 24
2022, the Company has agreed to distribute a eventual dividend charged to accumulated profits
of previous years, with substitute tax to the FUT paid, for a total amount of
$ 355,000,000.-, which will be paid as of June 1, 2022. They will have the right to collect
said dividend any shareholder registered in the respective registry at midnight on the fifth day
prior to the date on which payment is due, in proportion to the number of shares of which
are holders on that date.
