Changes in Administration.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 18? of Law N? 20.712, on Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, in Article 9? and second paragraph of the article
10″ of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of the Character Standard
General No 30 of this Commission, being duly empowered to do so, by
I hereby come to communicate to you, as an Essential Fact of MBI
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter indistinctly, the “Administrator” or
“Company”), the following:
1. On this date, the
Mr. Karin Kúllmer Navarrete, Mr. José Miguel Matte Vial, Mr. Guillermo
Kautz Rodríguez and Mr. Humberto Muñoz Sotomayor, which became effective
immediately.
2. In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on Companies
Anonymous and in Article 71 of its Regulations, the Board of Directors agreed to designate as
replacements of the Directors resigned to Mrs. Catalina Bravo Castro, to Mrs.
Dominique Rivera Castillo, José Manuel Ugarte Hernández and Pelayo
Ugarte Lira, who will serve in these positions until the celebration of the
next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Administrator, date on which it must
the entire Board of Directors shall be renewed.
