Changes in Administration.
From our consideration:
By means of and in compliance with the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the
Article 18 of Law N*20,712, we communicate to you as an Essential Fact, what
next:
That, on November 29, 2022, the Board of Directors of MBI General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. became aware of the resignation presented to the position of General Manager by
Mr. José Manuel Ugarte Hernández, who will exercise his functions until the 30th of
November 2022, in turn assuming new functions within the MBI group. The
Board of Directors accepted his resignation, thanking Mr. José Manuel, the commitment and valuable
Contribution delivered during its management.
Likewise, the Board of Directors, by the unanimity of its members, agreed to appoint as Manager
General of MBI Administradora General de Fondos S.A., as of December 1,
2022, to Mr. Gonzalo Bettancourt Guglielmetti.
