Changes in Administration.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712, on Administration
of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, in Article 9? and second paragraph of the article
10″ of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of the Character Standard
General No 30 of this Commission, being duly empowered to that effect, by
I hereby come to communicate to you, as an Essential Fact of MBI
Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter indistinctly, the “Administrator” or
“Company”), the following:
That, on August 1 of this year, the Board of Directors of MBI General Administrator
de Fondos S.A. took cognizance of and accepted the resignation from office, submitted on 31
of July by Mrs. Lorena Pizarro González.
To this end, the Board of Directors, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 of
Corporations and in Article 71 of its Regulations, agreed by the unanimity of its
members present to appoint as Replacement Director Mrs. Karin Kúllmer Navarrete,
who will hold this position until the celebration of the next Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Administrator, date on which the entire Board of Directors must be renewed.
