Changes in Administration.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 18% of Law No. 20,712, on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios, in Article 9? and subsection
second of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and the provisions of
General Rule N* 30 of this Commission, finding myself duly
empowered to this effect, I hereby come to communicate to you, in
of Essential Fact of MBl Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (hereinafter
indistinctly, the “Administrator” or “Company”), the following:
That, on June 17 of this year, the Board of Directors of MBI Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. took cognizance of and accepted the resignation from office, made and
presented with that same date by the Director Mrs. Catalina Seyler Arrate.
To this end, the Board of Directors, in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 of
Corporations and in Article 71 of its Regulations, agreed unanimously of
its present members appoint Mr. Guillermo Kautz as Substitute Director
Rodríguez, who will hold this position until the next Meeting
