report as an Essential Fact with respect to the company Mazars Auditores
Consultants Limited (the company), the following:
As of March 2, 2023, he will join our firm of auditors, in
quality of local member Mrs. MARIA CONSUELO MUNOZ MOLLER, identity card
N*16.399.271-K.
Soon, the corresponding deed of Assignment of Rights and
Modification of the Statutes, by means of which the partner Don Damien de La Panouse, will cede to
the new partner Mrs. MARIA CONSUELO MUÑOZ MOLLER, one percent of
rights in the company, in order to formalize their incorporation into the firm in this capacity.
All background, documents and information related to the Assignment of Rights
social referred to, will be attached and accompanied, opportunely, in presentation that is
will enter the CPM parts office.
