The partners of the company have agreed to change the Legal Representative. Indeed,
as of February 22 of this year, the new Legal Representative of Mazars
Auditores Consultores Limitada, will be the partner RUBEN EMILIO LOPEZ DI RUBBA.
Therefore, soon, the respective public deed of Modification will be signed.
of Statutes, in which the change of legal representation will be formalized, in the terms
