In compliance with the provisions of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market and Securities Standard.
General Character (NCG) 275 of the year 2010, duly authorized for this purpose, I come in
report as an Essential Fact with respect to the company Mazars Auditores
Consultants Limited (the company), the following:
As of January 11, 2023, the partner Felipe Yáñez Villanueva, has presented his
voluntary resignation, both from his position as Manager of the Tax-Legal Area of the firm, and from
its status as a partner of the company, expressing its intention to divest its participation in
the company to the majority shareholder Mr. Damien de La Panouse.
This is stated in the letter of voluntary resignation submitted electronically, by the partner, the
last January 9 in the Portal of the Directorate of Labor.
Therefore, soon, the respective public deed of Modification will be signed.
of Statutes, in which the partner Felipe Yáñez Villanueva will cede his rights to Mr. Damien
of La Panouse, in order to formalize his departure from the firm.
All background, documents and information related to the amendment of statutes
referred, will be attached and accompanied in a timely manner in presentation that will be entered to
the office of parties of this Commission.
