Soon, the respective share purchase agreement will be signed, through
which the partner María Sofia Orbegozo will buy a share from the partner Don Damien de La
Panouse, in order to formalize its incorporation into the firm in this capacity.
All the background, documents and information related to the referred sale, are
attach and accompany in a timely manner a presentation to be entered at the office of
parts of this Commission.
