As of September 1, 2022, you will join our firm of auditors,
as a local member Mr. LUIS ANTONIO GONZALEZ ESTRADA, identity card
No. 12.122.186-1
Soon, the respective share purchase agreement will be signed, through
which the partner Luis Antonio González Estrada, will buy a share to the partner Don Damien
of La Panouse, in order to formalize its incorporation into the firm in this capacity.
All the background, documents and information related to the referred sale, are
attach and accompany in a timely manner a presentation to be entered at the office of
parts of this Commission.
