In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law N* 18.045 and in General Rule N* 30, duly authorized, I come
in reporting as an essential fact regarding Masisa S.A. (“Masisa”) and its business,
next:
At Masisa’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 29, 2023,
Adopted, inter alia, the following Agreement:
It was chosen as an Independent External Audit Firm that will have to comment on
the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the financial year 2023, which include the
balance sheet, to the firm Ernst 8 Young (EY). On the other hand, Fitch Chile Classifier was chosen
de Riesgo and Feller Rate Clasificadora de Riesgo Limitada as rating firms of
Masisa risk for 2023.
