The Board of Directors of Marítima de Inversiones S.A., in ordinary session dated 1
February 2023, agreed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 “of article 32 of
Law 18.046, on Corporations, appoint Mr. Juan Pablo Ovalle as director
Vial, who will remain in his position until the next Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders to be held by the Company.
