Register of Values No 1, the following:
e At this meeting, the Board of Directors has taken note of the resignation of the
General Manager, Mr. Rodolfo Vergara Silva, effective December 31
2022. The Board recognizes and appreciates the commitment and service provided
by Mr. Rodolfo Vergara Silva for the time he served as
General Manager.
e In addition, effective January 1, 2023, the Board of Directors has appointed
as General Manager to Mr. Matías Concha Berthet.
