In accordance with the provisions of Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 and the Circulars
N* 662 and N* 991 of your Agency, duly authorized, we communicate to
You that the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held today, has
appointed Mrs. Tania Jorquera Peralta as Deputy Risk Manager,
by profession public accountant and auditor, who has more than 12 years of
Experience in the insurance market. Likewise, Mrs Jorquera has also
been designated as a substitute official for sending communications, and
reports of incidents that the Company may suffer according to the Standard of
General Character N* 454.
Likewise, the Board of Directors has appointed as Officer of
Company Compliance and as Crime Prevention Officer for
effects of Law N* 20.393 to Mr. Maximiliano Schmidt Gabler from this
date.
