Ref.: Reports Essential Fact – Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
From our consideration,
In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law 18,045, in Circulars N* 662 and
N* 991 issued by the Commission for the Financial Market and other applicable regulations,
duly empowered to do so, we would like to inform as an essential fact that in the
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of MAPFRE Compañía de Seguros de Vida de Chile S.A.
(the “Company”) held on April 26, 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, that
next:
1. Approve the report of the external audit company, the memory, balance sheet and the
financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2021;
2. Distribute as a dividend the sum of $ 1,400,000,000.- which is equivalent to
$44,444.4444.- per share, which will be paid in cash from the third business day
following the Meeting;
3. Appoint KPMG Auditores as external auditors for the year 2022
Consultores Limitada, and as risk classifiers to Clasificadora de Riesgo
Humphreys Limitada and International Credit Rating Company Risk Rating
Limited;
4. Designate the newspaper La Segunda for legal publications; and
5. Review and approval of operations with related persons or parties.
In the same way, we allow ourselves to send you the Company’s Dividend Form,
duly completed in accordance with the regulatory provisions provided for in the
Circular N* 660 of your Commission.
Likewise, the details of the resolutions adopted are included in the Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders, which will be sent within the period established for such purposes.

3520, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday at the following times: from 9:00 a.m. to
14:00 hrs. and from 15:30 to 17:00 hrs., or by depositing in a current account at
those shareholders who have so requested in writing, in which case the funds
deposited will be available to the shareholder the next business day.
Notices will not be published giving an account of the payment of the dividend since the
All shares.
The Company will inform the shareholders in a timely manner of the tax treatment
which corresponds to this dividend.
