From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market and Securities Law, we hereby communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”) at its meeting held on May 15, 2023, agreed to distribute an interim dividend in the total amount of $182,528,461, charged to the Fund’s 2023 fiscal year profits.
Likewise, the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as of May 22, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N° 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the payment date, pro rata to the number of shares they own on that date.
