From our consideration:
I comply with informing you that the directory of Larraín Vial
Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), agreed to summon the
following Assemblies of Contributors of the Mall Pie Andino Investment Fund (the “Fund”) to
be held on May 15, 2023 at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, commune of
Las Condes, Santiago:
A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held at 1:00 p.m., in order to deal with
The following subjects are included in it:
1.
Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and approve the Financial Statements
corresponding;
To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and to fix their remuneration;
Approve the budget of income and expenditure of the Supervisory Committee;
Designate the Fund’s external audit firm;
Appoint the independent surveyor(s) or valuers required to
valuing the Fund’s investments; and
Any matter of common interest of the contributors that is not specific to a
Extraordinary Assembly.
B. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held immediately thereafter
of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, in order to deal with the following
matters:
1.
To agree on the anticipated reduction of the Fund, and to pronounce itself on the
procedure for winding-up the Fund, appointment of liquidator, fixing
of their powers, duties and remuneration;

2. Approve the final account of the end of the liquidation of the Fund that will present
the Administrator;
3. Approve the final and total decrease in the capital of the Fund and terminate the
liquidation process; and
4. Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions
of the Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETINGS
Contributors who are registered will have the right to participate in the Assemblies
in the Registrar of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of your
celebration.
SYSTEM FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING IN MEETINGS OF CONTRIBUTORS.
Bearing in mind the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the Circular Letter
No 1.141 both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the gentlemen contributors may
to attend and vote in the Meetings by technological means that the Administrator has made available to
the latter’s disposition, promoting participation through this channel, without prejudice to the
the possibility of attending in person to the extent that travel and seating capacity restrictions
so permit.

must inform the Administrator if they will participate in the Meetings by such means,

with the corresponding invitation to the Assemblies and a secret password. The system is
