From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of
Law No. 18,045 on Market and Securities, and in accordance with the rules continuous information
contained in the General Standard No. 30 of this Entity, we communicate as
essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the “Administrator”) at the Board meeting, held on June 22,
2022, the distribution of a provisional dividend for the total amount of
$229,360,882, charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, the payment of the dividend indicated will be made from June 29
of 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El Bosque
Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day
prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments held by that
date.
