At the Board meeting held on November 23, 2022, he was informed of his resignation from his position
of principal director of Mr. Marcelo Luengo Amar and of alternate director of Mr. Francisco Mualim Tietz.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors of Luzlinares S.A. appointed Mr. Cristian Martínez Vergara as
President replacing Mr. Marcelo Luengo Amar.
