In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045
of the Securities Market, as well as the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the Commission
for the Financial Market, and duly empowered to do so, I come to inform you with character
in fact essential, with respect to Luzlinares S.A. the following:
At the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 26, 2022, it was agreed to appoint
the full and alternate members of the Board of Directors of Luzlinares. Which has been integrated by the
Mr Marcelo Luengo Amar, Florencia Emilfork Bornscheuer, Kebing Zhou, acting as directors
Messrs. Francisco Mualim Tietz, Cristian Martínez Vergara and Marcelo Fuentes Álvarez,
as alternate directors.
On the other hand, in the Ordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same date, after the

Bornscheuer as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board, respectively.
